I’m Nick Lenzi, and for over a decade, I’ve been helping churches build stronger communities through leadership development, small group trainings, and strategic growth. I believe that spiritual growth happens best in community—and that small groups are the heartbeat of a thriving church. My mission is to equip church leaders to create environments where people can connect, grow spiritually, and multiply their impact.
