I fly in and train your small group leaders. My signature training is on building a connecting group culture. What makes a group feel like a place people want to come back to, week after week. We cover practical skills your leaders can use immediately: how to facilitate real conversation, how to handle the quiet person and the talker, how to create an environment where people actually open up.

A training day typically includes a morning session for your leadership team and an evening session for your group leaders. I customize the content to your church's context and stage of growth.

Virtual Training

Same content, different format. I drop into your leader meeting live from Hoboken. This works especially well for churches that want to invest in their leaders without the cost of travel. We can do a single session or a series spread across multiple weeks.

Virtual training is great for mid-semester leader development, new leader onboarding, or addressing a specific challenge your groups are facing right now.

Consulting & Coaching

This is for churches that need more than a training session. I evaluate your current group structure, identify where the system is breaking down, and build a roadmap to where you want to go.

Consulting can be a one-time engagement or an ongoing coaching relationship. Either way, you get someone who's actually in the trenches giving you advice, not someone who left the local church five years ago and is working from theory.

Pre-Recorded Training

I record a message specifically for your leaders. Not a generic video. A targeted talk that addresses your church's situation, your group model, and your leaders' specific needs. Good for churches that need flexibility around scheduling or want something they can replay.
